Do I need a license to rent a scooter?

A valid driving licence is recommended. Police may ask to see it during traffic stops. We recommend having one before your trip.

How does delivery work?

We deliver the scooter directly to your hotel, villa, or any location in our delivery zones. Just send us your address on WhatsApp, and we'll coordinate a convenient time. Pickup works the same way!

What if the scooter breaks down?

Contact us immediately via WhatsApp. We offer 24/7 roadside assistance. If it's a mechanical issue, we'll either fix it on the spot or bring you a replacement scooter as quickly as possible.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a small refundable deposit at pickup. This can be paid in cash (IDR or USD) or by card. The deposit is returned when you return the scooter in the same condition.

Can I extend my rental?

Absolutely! Just message us on WhatsApp at least 24 hours before your rental ends, and we'll extend it. We offer better daily rates for longer rentals.
